When I first started meditating music was a big part of it. I like to joke that Dave Mathew’s was my first spiritual teacher as I used to listen to his music everyday for meditation in the beginning.
I have only two recommendations that I think are the best:
you can just put these on and listen all day.

Some people think they have to meditate in silence and yes eventually you will want to meditate only in silence. Personally I found it enjoyable to listen to my spiritual teachers talks and that is the style in which I lead my meditations.
I have also spent thousands of hours listening to Dr David Hawkins sometimes driving Sometimes sitting still with my eyes closed.

The most important thing in your spiritual practice is earnestness. You have to want it intensely and be willing to persist and endure.
